Our Policy
Each operative is to be subjected to 4 quality checks per
month. These checks are to be a random selection of service,
repair and installation orders.
 The volume of quality checks are, to be subject to engineers
experience and service period of time within the company.
New operatives will be subject to a longer period of inspection
with more emphasis on “work in progress” checks.
Quality checks are to consist of post work inspections and “work
in progress” inspections.
Among these properties selected will be those deemed to
be “more at risk to the company” i.e. open flued
appliances.
We will attempt to inspect engineer’s workload proportionally
and not inspect properties on postcode areas alone.
Stangas will assign designated control inspectors. |
